We offer complex services in the field of implementing projects for technological installations as well as devices for storage and dosing of chemicals. They include:<\/p>

  • \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Engineering design including the creation of complete technical documentation, taking into account safety requirements and regulations<\/li>
  • \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Comprehensive execution and assembly of elements in the target location, on site<\/li>
  • \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Start-up of the installation ensuring correct and safe operation<\/li>
  • \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Servicing of delivered devices<\/li><\/ul>

    \u00a0Each project is a subject to individual analysis to best suit the needs of our clients. The solutions we offer have a wide range of applications and are used not only in the chemical industry, but also in other branches, not only strictly industrial. We use various thermoplastic materials for production, depending on the operating parameters, degree of resistance or mechanical loads. In our activity, we rely on materials of recognized brands and suppliers, tested in industrial working conditions, with appropriate material certificates.<\/p>

    For the production of our devices, we mainly use materials such as:

    The input materials for our production proces are the above-mentioned materials delivered to our site in the form of flat sheets and winding tubes.<\/p>

    \u00a0The scope of our production includes the manufacturing of, among others:
    \u00a0 \u00a0 – technological tanks for chemicals
    \u00a0 \u00a0 – storage tanks for drinking water at client\u2019s site
    \u00a0 \u00a0 – pallets and protective tubs
    \u00a0 \u00a0 – drip trays
    \u00a0 \u00a0 – pipelines
    \u00a0 \u00a0 – apparatus (mixers, clarifiers, separators, washers, etc.)
    \u00a0 \u00a0 – wells
    \u00a0 \u00a0 – chemicals dosing and storage systems<\/p>

    In the event of transport restrictions and limited access to the target room, the devices we deliver can be made on the target site from prefabricated elements (such as basement rooms with a limited assembly opening).<\/strong><\/p>

    In agreement with the client, we plan a convenient date for the assembly works. We assess the logistic and location capabilities to ensure the best possible service and timely commissioning of devices.
